The Offices of Regus

The offices of Regus had struggled to distribute heat efficiently throughout their large complex of 64 offices and communal areas. An out-dated gas central heating system including four boilers resulted in excessive annual energy costs and a lack of consistent comfort throughout the premises.
To help gain control over the buildings heating, a representative from Fischer Future Heat’s commercial department advised installing Fischer heaters in five separate areas for a trial period of two months. All heaters are supplied with an individual thermostat allowing rooms to be set to a bespoke temperature, and can be easily programmed and adjusted depending on a room’s needs.
Following the trial period, Regus confirmed that they could estimate a considerable saving on energy consumption and felt in complete control of the heaters. Subsequently, the entire building has been installed with Fischer heaters.
